Everyone we dealt with at Palmetto is great. The ladies in the office are so nice. The tech who came out was thorough, polite and funny. The service was affordable and quick. When I originally called to get someone out to do an estimate the tech was going to be in the area the next day so they worked us in. Palmetto was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad they were. If we ever need HVAC service again we will absolutely be calling them with no hesitation!

Cameron took care of our HVAC problem super fast and at a great price. Honest folks who do a good job from what I've seen.

Very satisfied. Came at 6pm on the same day I called to repair an A/C. Their dispatch even called to update me on the arrival time. Resolved my issue promptly. Very cooperative and easy to deal with. Could not be more satisfied and definitely recommend.
